Charles Mudd will be attending the Utah Cyber Symposium on September 17, 2010. He will be discussing employee use of and participation in virtual worlds. He will also be moderating a discussion on hot topics in cyberlaw between Marcia Hoffman and Jeremiah Johnston.

Charles Lee Mudd Jr. is attending the Utah State Bar Summer Convention in Sun Valley, Idaho and will be speaking on electronic surveillance in the workplace.
