Mark A. Petrolis (@Socill_Media) and Stephanie M. Snyder (@legissh) discussed recent developments in online anonymity law at the 2012 Illinois State Bar Association Cyberlaw Symposium. In particular, they discussed the Illinois opinions in Maxon v. Ottawa and Stone v. Paddock using a hypothetical involving a potentially defamatory Yelp post.
They substituted for a discussion on online contracting with materials Exhibit A, Exhibit B, Exhibit C, Exhibit D, and Exhibit E.
This evening, Mudd Law attended multiple presentations in the Livestream Lounge at #SmallSat2022 including a presentation on the DART mission, the Janus Mission, and Dana Turse from Redwire Space.
