While attending and speaking at the International Technology Law Association‘s European conference in London, England, Charles Lee Mudd Jr., principal of Mudd Law Offices, sat with Sarah Glazer, a London-based freelance writer and contributor to CQ Researcher. Ms. Glazer happened to be working on an article about the European “right to be forgotten” for CQ Researcher. In their conversation, they discussed cyberbullying, Europe’s “right to be forgotten,” defamation law in the United States, and much more.
In particular, they discussed Mudd Law’s representation of Mr. Jeffrey Ervine in his efforts to pursue individuals who defamed him online. They also discussed Bridg-it which Mr. Ervine founded to address cyberbullying among children.
Ms. Glazer’s article and report entitled “Privacy and the Internet” has been published by CQ Researcher and is available to subscribers or for purchase.
